Where is the White Hotel?
In Sal Rei, the main town on the island of Boa Vista, Cape Verde: close to the sea, restaurants and local amenities. It is in the same area as The View, on Praia Cabral beach.
Can you still buy a suite at the White Hotel?
All the new suites have been sold: 100% of the 69 units have been allocated. Today only resales from owners are available, with the same model and the same guaranteed income (5% with 4 weeks’ personal use a year, 6% without). To find out which are available, write to us via the Contact page.
How does it work for suite owners?
The suite is registered in the owner’s name, and the owner remains free to sell it or leave it to their heirs. Day-to-day management (bookings, guests, cleaning, maintenance) is entrusted to the hotel, and the owner can use the suite for 4 weeks a year.
Who manages the White Hotel?
Management is entrusted to hospitality professionals through the management company Hotel White SA, based in Sal Rei. The property is a 4-star hotel, open and operating.
What is the difference between the White Hotel and The View?
The model is the same: a suite registered in the buyer’s name, management entrusted to the hotel and personal use for 4 weeks a year. The View is the new project: 65 suites on Praia Cabral beach, 98% of them with ocean views, suites from €90,000 and handover expected at the end of 2028.
Why does the White Hotel matter if you are considering The View?
