The people behind every investment.

Since 1998 we have been promoting Boa Vista and helping investors find apartments, property and investment opportunities in Cape Verde. Behind every investment there is much more than a property: there is a team of professionals who know Boa Vista and support the client at every stage.

Boavista2000.com and Daniele Rampini

Boavista2000.com was one of the first Italian reference points dedicated to the island: it was writing about Boa Vista before the island became famous. Together with Daniele Rampini it has been working on Boa Vista’s property development for over 25 years, in a solid, long-standing partnership based on experience, presence and knowledge of the area.

Daniele Rampini is one of the leading figures in Boa Vista’s tourism and property development and one of the promoters of the White Hotel and the new project, The View. Read his story, from 1998 to today and our press coverage.

Experience, presence and concrete results

• On Boa Vista since 1998, over 25 years’ experience: we know the local property market inside out.
• Over 350 properties built and sold, the result of almost 30 years of property work on Boa Vista.
• A project already completed: the White Hotel is concrete proof of a model that is now evolving into The View.
• A real presence on Boa Vista: local staff continue to support investors after the purchase.
• Full on-the-ground support: from the first consultation to completion and beyond.

In the press

Our work on Boa Vista has been covered by Italian newspapers, television channels and business publications: Il Sole 24 Ore, Corriere Economia, Il Messaggero, ANSA, la Repubblica, Fortune Italia, Milano Finanza and Sky.

ANSA, 15 October 2022: “Cape Verde, the perfect place for a property investment”.

Two websites, one group

Invest in Cape Verde is dedicated to investment: The View, the apart-hotel model and advice. Boavista2000.com is the island’s portal: listings, holidays, fishing and life on Boa Vista.
