The View, an amphitheatre by the sea on Boa Vista.
The aim was simple: to give as many suites as possible a view of the ocean. The View was designed as a true amphitheatre by the sea, on Praia Cabral beach, with 98% of the suites facing the ocean.

Covered by a bank guarantee
No “maybe”, no returns tied to how holiday lettings perform. The project provides an annual income guaranteed by contract and protected by a bank guarantee: 5% if you use the suite for 4 weeks a year, 6% if you leave it let all year round. It offers greater predictability than traditional holiday lettings.

What we are asked most often.
Do I need to move to Cape Verde to invest?
No. The project is also designed for people who live in the UK or elsewhere in Europe and wish to make a property investment in Cape Verde without relocating. Day-to-day management is entrusted to professionals based on the island.
Do I have to deal with guests and bookings myself?
No. Bookings, guest reception, cleaning, maintenance and the running of the property are handled by the resort’s professional team. The investor keeps ownership of the property without the day-to-day management.
How long is The View’s management contract?
10 years. Throughout the contract the suite is managed by hospitality professionals while you remain the owner: you can use it for 4 weeks a year (guaranteed income of 5%) or leave it let all year round (guaranteed income of 6%).
When does construction of The View start and finish?
Groundbreaking is set for 4 July 2026 and handover is expected at the end of 2028. You can follow progress on the “Live construction updates” page.
Can foreigners buy property on Boa Vista, Cape Verde?
Yes. Foreign nationals, including Italian citizens, can buy property on Boa Vista by following the procedures set out in local law.
