Do I need to move to Cape Verde to invest?
No. The project is also designed for people who live in the UK or elsewhere in Europe and wish to make a property investment in Cape Verde without relocating. Day-to-day management is entrusted to professionals based on the island.
Why invest on Boa Vista rather than in a traditional property at home?
Boa Vista is a growing tourist destination and offers different opportunities from many European property markets. The aim is to invest in an area with a strong tourism focus and an established management model.
Do I have to deal with guests and bookings myself?
No. Bookings, guest reception, cleaning, maintenance and the running of the property are handled by the resort’s professional team. The investor keeps ownership of the property without the day-to-day management.
How long is The View’s management contract?
10 years. Throughout the contract the suite is managed by hospitality professionals while you remain the owner: you can use it for 4 weeks a year (guaranteed income of 5%) or leave it let all year round (guaranteed income of 6%).
Can I see the project before deciding?
Yes. We organise viewing trips to Boa Vista so that clients can get to know the area, visit the projects and assess the investment opportunities in person.
When does construction of The View start and finish?
Groundbreaking is set for 4 July 2026 and handover is expected at the end of 2028. You can follow progress on the “Live construction updates” page.
Is the suite at The View really registered in my name?
Yes. You are not buying a share: you become the owner of your own suite, which you can use, sell or leave to your heirs.
Can I also buy apartments, villas or land on Boa Vista?
Yes. In addition to the apart-hotel model, we select apartments, villas and plots of land for those who wish to invest in the Cape Verde property market in other ways.
Can foreigners buy property on Boa Vista, Cape Verde?
Yes. Foreign nationals, including Italian citizens, can buy property on Boa Vista by following the procedures set out in local law.
Who will support me during and after the purchase?
Our group has been working on Boa Vista for almost 30 years and supports clients at every stage: from choosing the investment to handling the paperwork, through to after-sales support.
Is this also an investment for the family?
Yes. Beyond the property itself, many clients choose Boa Vista because they want to build assets that can be kept over time, used for holidays and handed down to their children.
