01 — The location

Praia Cabral, the beach a stone’s throw from Sal Rei.

The View stands on Praia Cabral beach in Sal Rei, the main town of Boa Vista: the island of dunes and miles-long beaches, with an international airport and flights from Europe.

Not an isolated resort, but an apart-hotel that is part of island life: the sea in front, the town behind, amenities close at hand. It is the same area where the group has worked for over 25 years and where it has already built the White Hotel.

02 — The architecture

An amphitheatre by the sea, designed by Giò Gozzi.

The aim was simple: to give as many suites as possible a view of the ocean. The View was designed as a true amphitheatre by the sea, with 98% of the suites facing the ocean.

The project provides an annual income guaranteed by contract and protected by a bank guarantee: 5% if you use the suite for 4 weeks a year, 6% if you leave it let all year round.
